SMS Notifications for Salon Staff

For salon staff members using our platform:
– Staff may optionally provide phone numbers for work-related SMS notifications
– We send transactional notifications about consultations and appointments only
– Phone numbers are used solely for operational notifications, never marketing
– Staff can opt-out by removing their number from account settings or replying STOP
– We share phone numbers only with our SMS provider (Twilio) for message delivery
– Staff phone numbers are deleted when accounts are closed or upon request

– Photos are only accessible to authorized salon staff
